Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 11.00am – 2.00pm
Wednesday: closed
If your ID card has been damaged or lost you can order a duplicate. The procedure is as follows:
- Transfer 33.00 PLN to your individual bank account number given in USOS for transactions with the Faculty.
- Send an electronic payment confirmation by email to the dean’s office with a request for a duplicate of your ID card and an explanation what happened to the original one.
- In 2 – 3 days’ time ask a dean’s office assistant if your new student ID card is ready to collect.
