Opening hours for students:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 11.00am – 2.00pm

Wednesday: closed

If your ID card has been damaged or lost you can order a duplicate. The procedure is as follows:

Transfer 33.00 PLN to your individual bank account number given in USOS for transactions with the Faculty.
Send an electronic payment confirmation by email to the dean’s office with a request for a duplicate of your ID card and an explanation what happened to the original one.
In 2 – 3 days’ time ask a dean’s office assistant if your new student ID card is ready to collect.

Deadline for submitting applications for the rector’s scholarship for students in the winter semester 2024/2025

01/10-06/10, and in the summer semester 20/02-26/02 Creating average rankings in the USOS system (dean’s office)

07/10-13/10, and in the summer semester 27/02 – 05/03, students are obliged to check and verify their grade point average in the USOSWeb system. If the grade point average is missing or incorrectly calculated, the student submits an application in the USOSWeb system for verification and conversion or adding the weighted average in the ranking to the rector’s scholarship.

16/10-22/10, and in the summer semester 08/03 – 14/03 submitting applications for the rector’s scholarship in the USOSWeb system

06/11-10/11, and in the summer semester 31/03-03/04, at the student’s request for correction of the number of points awarded for scientific, sports or artistic achievements, submitted in the USOSweb system, the number of points awarded for scientific, sports or artistic achievements is adjusted. Corrections only apply to obvious errors.
